c.   Second Separation from God  in eternity Heb. 9:27; Rev. 2:11;
20:11-15.

d.   Positional Identified with Christ in His death Rom. 6:1-11; Col.
2:20.

e.   Operational Faith without works; failure to produce James 2:26.

f.    Temporal Out of temporal fellowship Luke 15:24,32; Rom. 8:6;
Eph. 5:14; 1 Tim. 5:6; Jas. 1:15; Rev. 3:1.
